An unboxed Matchbox Lesney 23a Berkeley Cavalier Caravan 2nd Issue.

This 1957 model is identified on the base plate with the text No 23 Berkeley Cavalier and Made in England By Lesney. The 1st issue has only the words “Lesney England”.

The pale green colour was used for the 23b along with metal or plastic wheels.

This model is in very good playworn condition. The original decal on the rear is intact. Aside from some paint loss to the high edges the model is in very good condition. The tow loop is modified but still original.
