Hard cover bound in good condition. Saddle stitching is loose but intact, pages are still grouped and not loose, cover is gloss coated and has minor scuff marks. No obvious marks to the pages and minimal foxing. Author Pere Castor created numerous stories in his native French which have been translated to English by Rose Fyleman. The original illustrations by Rojans.
A wonderful tale based in factual natural history and nature study. A lovely read for adults, entertaining and educational for children. Beautifully illustrated.
