A Piggy Bank Plastic Commonwealth Bank Australia Elephant Tusk. 

Good condition with some aging and marks on the white plastic. This is not so much a piggy bank as a promotional item for the bank. There is no slot for coins, although the base does screw off and it could be used to store coins. 

The Commonwealth Bank used an elephant for its motif or mascot over many years and this would appear to be from the late 1960’s or early 1970’s. Possibly in show-bags or similar.
