Arkitex Building System by Tri-ang was produced in 2 scales, 1:42 for use with Spot-On and O Guage railways, or British OO 1:76 for OO/HO model railways.

This is a pack of corner panels manufactured in the Northern Ireland, Belfast factory prior to 1965. The pack and panels are good with little if any wear.

The Arkitex range was dropped, along with Spot-On Models, after the take-over of Meccano by Lines Bros.

Lines Bros, at that time ended up with too many competing products and chose Dinky over Spot-On (rebranding many Spot-On models as Dinky Toys) and dropping Arkitex in favour of Meccano.
